Thank you for shopping with Holistically Engaged. We take great care in handcrafting and curating our products to support your wellness journey. Due to the intimate and consumable nature of our items, we have the following policy in place to ensure fairness and hygiene for all our customers.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on most items unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used smudge sticks, bath soaks, or herbal blends for reasons of health and safety.

  • Any product that has been used.

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@holisticallyengaged.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Your name and shipping address.

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

We will work with you to arrange for a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (for eligible items), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for items that were damaged or incorrect. For other eligible returns, customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs to return the item.
