Thank you for your interest in Holistically Engaged and the support of our small business! We are committed to getting your handcrafted, intentional products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following information about our processing times and shipping methods.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that this is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States via USPS First-Class Package Service and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.
Contiguous U.S. Shipping Estimates:

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, postal holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are happy to ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Holistically Engaged is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier after they have been shipped and the tracking number has been provided. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@HolisticallyEngaged.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can work with you to find a solution.
